Linsanity

In the past 9 games, the New York Knicks have obtained 8 wins. During this 9 game stretch, one player in particular has sparked the team to win 8 of those games. That player, is Jeremy Lin. A Taiwanese born player, and the first from Taiwan to play in the NBA. Lin has had highs of 38 points and 14 assists throughout these games, and was able to lead the team while stars Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire were injured. Carmelo is expected to return to action tonight, while Amar'e has been back for several games. It will be interesting to see how these players can play amongst each other, as Carmelo is known for being a "ball-hog". Lin and Amar'e have worked well together as Lin has dished out many assists and Amar'e's scoring has not been slowed. New addition to the team, J.R. Smith had a great debut, scoring 15 points. This team full of stars may be a threat to the rest of the NBA and a serious title contender in the eastern conference along with the Miami Heat. Words have been made up such as linsanity or linsane ad its catching on for a lot of people. I realized how linsane this was becoming when I took a weekend, and my dad would not stop using those made up words whenever possible. Linsanity is taking over as Jeremy Lin continues to take over the NBA.
