It's the weekend. It's 12:45 and you're sleepy. You jump out of your bed, take a fast shower and run into the dining hall. It is 1:02 and all the food is gone! Now you have to wait until 6 o'clock to get a good meal. Then, you sit there at a table with your friends and you eat slowly, so it's 7 o'clock and you are still hungry. But the nice kitchen ladies clean up the food on time, even though most people are still eating and maybe want some more. So why would the ladies clean on time? Doesn't it matter if people are still eating, and they may want more?
Most of the students get sweaty during practice and want to take a shower before they go to dinner. They have to do so in a hurry, before the food in the dinning room is all gone. Because of this, they're forced to go sweaty and in their practice clothes to the meals. Maybe if the dining times are a little bit longer, 30 minutes for example, then one could take more time to eat and sit with your friends. On monday nights, the time is very short as well. You have to dress up in less than 30 minutes, because practice ends at 6 and dinner is at 6:30. For me, it doesn't make sense to dress up just to sit 30 minutes at a table and eat, then go back to your dorms. In my opinion, dinner should be adjusted to last longer, in order to give us time to enjoy our meals.
